Asking for a free trial

Adobe keeps asking to start a free trial, but I should be signed in through my university. It has happened to other people and they were able to log out and log back in, but that has not worked for me. I am on my personal computer but I have access through my university (and the licensing should not be up). What do I do now?

If your subscription is through your school, not something that you paid for, you may need to contact your school

yeah I think it might be a school thing... I've contacted them but it was after hours so I will just have to wait I guess. Thank you for your help ❤️
