Assets not automatically updating in PowerPoint

I'm currently using the CC Library extension in PowerPoint, and the issue that I'm running into is that once I place assets in the powerpoint, they do not automatically update as they do in illustrator. I essentially have to mjanual replace each asset which really defeats the purpose of libraries for me. Is there a setting I can update that will automatically update these assets in powerpoint, or is not possible?

Everything is updated and I am still having this issue. Not sure if theres an adobe support member I can talk to to try and figure this out for my team and I
