assets on windows phone

logging into my files on ie on windows phone gives a whole lot of nothing. Just a blank page. one drive, dropbox, google drive all work fine.

whilst I'm at it, uploading files to creative cloud today east coast Australia was slow and eventually failed.

is it flaky everywhere or just in aus?
