Hi,

I had to change my Adobe ID account bacuase I moved to another country and it was the only solution to change the billing country. Now the problem is my Behance profile is associated with the old Adobe ID. How can I associate my Behance account with the new Adobe ID account?

    Hi Mchelle, If you're asking about associating your Behnace account with a new Adobe ID, You can do it by going to your Behance account settings > Account information > Edit this Adobe ID

    Hello Nancy,
    I am currently trying to change my Adobe ID from my Behance and Adobe Portfolio but help desk is far from helping. They are saying they cannot help with that any longer. But system is asking a code from customer service and customer service telling me that they are not providing anything anymore. Is there any way to change Adobe ID to another one?

    @Hayal Kahvesi,

    Adobe Customer Care cannot help you with Behance or Portfolio.  That's not their wheelhouse.
