Atendentes de suporte fecham o chat sem resolver problema

Estou tentando cancelar uma de minhas licenças da Adobe CC Bussines e percebi que isso só é possível via chat. Porém, quando informo os atendentes sobre isso, eles não resolvem! E simplesmente fecham a conversa!

 

Rita e Victor foram dois (certeza que são nomes falsos).

    If you have a teams subscription, you can cancel during the renewal periode, by lowering the number of available licences. When you need support doing that, you need to use the admin console to contact Adobe customer care chat. (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support)
