Auto recovery

This feature keeps going off, I enable it frequently and notice when my system crashes my files are not saving anymore and I continuously have to enable this feature. I am losing valuable design work that cant be recovered.

Which Adobe app are you using?

 

Your system should NOT be crashing frequently.  That's not normal.  Please ensure that your computer exceeds min-system requirements for CPU, GPU, Hard Drive and RAM.  An inadequate computer will not provide you with a good user experience.

Second, you should protect your work by making redundant backup files on your primary hard drive & saving files often with Ctrl / Cmd + S.  On big projects, I make several backup files so I can revert to previous versions if needed.   You can never have too many backups.
