Automatically logged out / always asked for log in

Hello! I already searched in the forums, but I couldn't find the solution yet.

When I start CC desktop after I launched my computer, it first tries to sign in automatically then a message comes: "you've been logged out." I push "try again" and then the signing in works.

The problem is also for all the other Adobe Apps that sometimes it's automatically loggs in but suddenly loggs out, and when I'm asked again to sign in, then everything works but just for the day its in use.

I would appreciate every advice! It's just weird that I have to sign in everytime I launch an adobe app.

Hey! Thanks for the link! I've already tried it but it doesn't work.

I deinstalled and reinstalled everything from adobe but it didn't change. I also renamed the folders like it's written in other forums.

then next, reset the cc app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
