Behance account deactivated for spam – Request for manual review

Hello Adobe Community,

My name is Alejandro Fajuri, and I am a professional graphic designer and art director based in Chile.

My Behance account was recently deactivated for an alleged spam violation, without any specific explanation of what content or activity may have violated Adobe's policies.

I believe this restriction may have been applied in error, and I urgently need assistance in obtaining a manual review of my case.

Here are the relevant details:

  • My Behance portfolio contains original professional projects in graphic design, branding, packaging, and art direction.

  • My most recent publications were two design projects related to the rebranding and packaging of Chicken Factory.

  • I have shared links to different portfolio projects on LinkedIn and other social media platforms as part of my professional activity.

  • I have not engaged in mass messaging, repetitive promotional comments, or deliberate artificial engagement.

  • I can still sign in to my Adobe and Behance accounts, and all my projects remain visible to me when logged in.

  • However, my public Behance profile and direct links to my projects return 404 errors, making my entire portfolio inaccessible to potential employers.

Why this situation is particularly urgent:

I am currently unemployed and actively applying for graphic design and art direction positions. My Behance portfolio is included in my résumé and several ongoing job applications.

This unexpected restriction is directly affecting my professional opportunities, as recruiters and potential employers are unable to access years of my creative work.

Actions already taken:

I have submitted an official appeal through Adobe's account restriction appeal form and contacted Behance Support to request a manual review.

Unfortunately, my portfolio remains inaccessible, and I have not received a specific explanation regarding the alleged violation.

My request:

Could an Adobe employee, community moderator, or Product Expert please help me escalate this case to the appropriate Behance team for a manual review?

I would greatly appreciate clarification regarding the alleged violation and the restoration of my original Behance account and published projects if this restriction was applied in error.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Alejandro Fajuri

I have already submitted an official appeal and opened two support requests with Behance Help Center (tickets #1300205 and #1300353), both of which are currently open.

I would appreciate any assistance from an Adobe representative in ensuring that my case receives a manual review, given the impact this restriction is having on my ongoing job applications.

Thanks, kglad! I've already submitted an appeal and contacted Behance Support. Do you know how long it usually takes for them to review these cases and respond?
