Behance account restricted for "spam" I never posted anything, can't upload, appeal rejected

Hi, I need help with a Behance account restriction.

My account was restricted/disabled for "Spam," but I have never actively used Behance —
I haven't posted any projects or content. I can log in and browse, but I cannot upload a
profile photo or publish a project (I get an upload error), which suggests content actions
are blocked.

I submitted an appeal (notification ID: 17f13b00-b1f5-4ce0-b7fe-9819dfcae34d) and it was
rejected without a specific reason. I've also opened a support request.

This looks like an automated false positive. Could a moderator or community expert please
help get it reviewed by a human? I'm happy to share my account email privately to verify.
