Behance Cover Images Not Displaying

I cannot figure out why these Behance project thumbnails are displaying this way. I've tried png, I've tried jpg, I've tried reducing the size of the file, and I've even tried taking a screenshot of the file and uploading that instead in case the other file was corrupted somehow. The files are no bigger than cover image files on my other projects, which load normally. The display issue is not unique to a specific browser or device. Has anyone else had this issue?

I was able to resolve the issue by playing with the edit cover image settings. I don't know if it was replacing the image and saving that triggered it to reset, or changing the crop and saving, but it seems like it just gets stuck and needs a reset.
