Behance Duplicate Account?

Question

I just set up my Behance account. Uploaded a profile picture, banner image, and one project. When I published my second project, my profile was totally reset? The first project, profile picture, and banner were gone and I was getting account setup prompts again.

It looks like Behance created a new profile for me? I'm not sure how I triggered this. I already put the link to the old profile on my resume, and the link still works: https://www.behance.net/amandagosling

How do I get my old profile back? Especially since this was the one that I've already sent out for potential employers to see, I'd really like to gain access to it again! Not sure if Adobe is going to double-charge me for two accounts, either.

I already submitted a ticket, but after trying to navigate Adobe's customer service, I don't have faith that the issue will be resolved quickly, and I'm hoping to get this sorted ASAP. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Just wanted to post an update, because I'm going to go ahead and update the new profile with everything, but as of now the old profile looked like this:

Unsure also if this has anything to do with the fact that I signed up for a personal subscription on my school account, which has an enterprise subscription. I wonder if there's something funky going on between the two different subscription, maybe.
