Hi Adobe Community,
I'm reaching out in absolute frustration over an issue I've encountered on Behance. Every time I try to access a certain feature, I’m hit with the message: "Your account is not eligible for this feature."
I've done my best to follow all the guidelines and ensure that my account is in good standing, but it feels like I'm being locked out of something essential without any clear explanation. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it's incredibly disheartening when you’re trying to share your work and engage with the community.
I’ve searched through help articles and forums, but nothing seems to provide clarity on what might be going wrong. It’s maddening! I just want to make use of all the tools available and contribute fully, yet this barrier continues to stand in my way.
If anyone has experienced this or knows how I can resolve it, please help! It's beyond frustrating at this point.
