Behance: Your ability to send messages has been disabled

Hey community,
In the middle of the conversation with a potential client, I`ve suddenly got that error says Your ability to send messages has been disabled. I`ve read many similar complaints and I am afraid that the Support Team won`t get back to me or it will take weeks to get a response. Any other way to accelerate the process?

I`ve tried but no follow-up. I can`t communicate with my clients to finish the design work.
