Unless you can convince your school to buy Creative Cloud for faculty, you should get the Student/Teacher All Apps Plan.

The Individuals plan for Premiere Pro only will cost you $21/month for 12 months. The Adobe ID can be your personal email. For $31.49, you also have the monthly option (cancel anytime with no penalty) if that appeals to you.

However, if you're eligible, the All Apps Student & Teacher plan will cost you $20/month for 12 months although the Adobe ID will be tied to your eligible .edu email. That'll give you access to the entire suite of Creative Cloud apps. Premier Pro users often need to access After Effects, Audition and other AV apps too.

So, financially, the All Apps Student & Teacher plan makes sense.

Just keep in mind that all 12 month plans incur a Cancellation Fee if you cancel before the 12 months expires. Exact fee depends on when you cancel.

If all you need is Premiere Pro you may buy just that one subscription for a regular price
