Big problem when i'm trying to delete files from the cloud!

Hi,

I have two questions:

1. I have 100 GB storage and i'm out off space. Can i upgrade the storage to more than 100 GB?

2. I tried to delete files and theno deleted them permanently again from the "deleted" folder, but after a few second i see that the same files are added again to my files folder.

Why is this happening?

is it bug?
