Blue arrow symbol on creative cloud icon

Theirs a blue arrow symbol on the creative cloud icon on my macbook. I dont know what the symbol represents or why its there, but its been there for acouple days and wont go away. I went into the creative cloud app to check if it was related to any updates or notifications but It isnt. Does anyone know what it means?

    I have notifications turned off in my CC Desktop App's Preferences.  I rarely open CC desktop app except when I actually need it for something. 

     

    If I had to guess, I'd say the two directional arrows indicate you're synced to the cloud.  But that's only a guess because I'm on Win10 not Mac and we don't have that bar.
