[branched] Storage not full, but Creative Cloud says it is full

I have the same problem in that I received a message telling me that my CC storage is 98% full. But there is nothing in it (that I can find!)

I'm using Windows 10.

I experienced this and drove me nuts. For me, turned out by using cloud Lightroom it was storing my images and thereby eating storage. That was sometime back and I'd have to look at my notes. Perhaps this enough of a hint to remedy? Otherwise I'll look the steps I took and share.

whomever declared this the "correct" answer doesn't understand the issue/s folks are facing. the answer if far too glib.

Done that as well it for some odd reason says im using 25 GB of my 2 GB storage which is odd I have no assets or any libraries then why?
