Bug de stockage Creative cloud

Bonjour,

 

je rencontre un problème de stockage pour lequel je bénéficie de 1 TO. Dans le Creative cloud, il est indiqué que j'utilise 315,1 GO sur 1 TO.  Or, je n'ai absolument aucun fichier dans mon dossier synchronisé sur mon macbook, ni même dans mon creative cloud web. J'ai même vérifié la bibliothèque Lightroom, il n'y a rien.

 

Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?

go to your cc web site by opening cc desktop app>clicking cloud icon>cc web and check all 8 folders (4 in your files, 2 in shared with you, 1 in shared with you, 1 in deleted).

 

click the lightroom link at bottom left of your cc web page and check files there. lastly, check your deleted folder.

  • Please provide your PC OS version and Creative Cloud Desktop Application version
  • If you are seeing different storage in CCD and assets web (assets.adobe.com)
  • Your email id
  • Please confirm if you logged in with the same profile in CCD and assets web

 

If you are seeing storage differences in a synced folder and CCD storage displayed, please help us with some additional details as below:

 

  • Storage in Assets web and CCD is the sum of different asset types: cloud docs, libraries, lightroom assets, CC Files, and Deleted Files. I believe you must be having data in any of these folders. help: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html
  • Also if you are working on shared files, shared by other users?
  • If you are a part of any enterprise org?
