Buying Creative Cloud

Question

Hello, I am thinking about buying Creative Cloud, and putting it on a new computer.  However I already have other adobe applications (i.e. Premiere Pro, After effects, Photoshop, Illistrator) on the current computer I am using. Will I have to pay again for all the apps, or do I cancel my subscriptions on my current computer and redownload all of Creative Cloud on my new computer? Or when buying creative cloud does the payment change from each idividual progam to all the programs?

A cloud subscription allows you to install on as many computers as you want... activate on TWO at a time... and use ONE at a time
