Which Adobe programs and what operating system is the new computer?

Work files stored on your computer hard drives will need to be migrated to your new computer. 

Work files stored in your Creative Cloud storage will remain intact.  You can access them from any computer browser that has Internet access by logging-in with your paid Creative Cloud ID & password.  See links below.

No, not if you back-up your disks. As for anything that is in the cloud, you will not lose that. I recommend, however, that you ask locally a friend to assist you with the transition from one computer to the other.
