Can I change the name on the Adobe Portfolio Website?

I pay the adobe subscription and I have the right to use adobe apps on two diferent computers. Would it be possible for someone to create an Adobe Portfolio website under a diferent name than the one on the Adobe account/creative cloud account? I don't mean the domain, I mean the name that appears on the web separator

Do you mean the Essentials > Settings > Search Optimization > Website Title?
