Can I get Adobe to delete my archive from their end

When I first subscribed to creative cloud (more  than 90 days ago) i managed to sync everything to the creative cloud which bust the 20gb limit, I've managed to archive everything but i think my internet connection is too slow to access the archive its run for two hours twice and noting has appeared. d/o you think I can get  Adobe to delete my archive from their end and if so how do i go aboot it
