Can I install Creative Cloud app on Ipad and Computer with one annual Plan?

Can I install Creative Cloud app on Ipad and Computer with one annual Plan?
I have an annual plan on my desktop PC. I want to buy an Ipad to work out of my office but I don't know if I must pay for another plan. Can someone help me?
I hope my english is comprensible.

Yes. You may install Creative Cloud App on iPad. But you cannot run the desktop apps on iPad. Only mobile companion apps will run on iPad. See links below.

Depending on which apps you use most, I think you may need a Windows or Mac laptop to take with you on the road. You may install on up 2 devices with our individual license.

Please ensure your laptop meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.
