I'm using the theme matthias and I wanted to know if it's possible to make static page titles. I would like people to be able to see the title of the page without having to scroll over it. Thanks in advance.

I don't know what you mean by "scoll over" to see page titles. Can you provide a URL to your Portfolio so we can see it?
