Can i use apps in multiple computer?

Hi there. Can i use apps in 3 or 4 computers? With or without internet is it possible?

For example i have 3 computers and i want to use Photoshop at the same time. If i close the internet in the one of them can i use at the same time?

    If i deactivate in one computer, i cant use the apps right ?

    If an app is deacivated, it can't be used again until activated.
