yes, you can travel anywhere (on earth or elsewhere for that matter).

if you're going to be without internet access during times you want to use adobe's programs, i recommend opening the programs you'll want to use while you still have a connection and then minimize (but don't exit) them.

that way you can be sure they're usable even if you're unable to sign in for, at least, 30 days (with a monthly pay subscription, and longer with an annual pay).
