Can not access/see my teams library even though they shared a link

Hello, I cant seem to access or see my teams library even though they shared a link with me. When I clicked on the “collaborate” button in the mail, it opens the adobe site and says “no files here”. When I click on the librarys there are only the ones I created myself. My teams library which I was invited to is nowhere in sight, also not in the applications themselves. I did read that that can happen when you logged in to the wrong profile linked to your email adress but when logging in I dont get the option to choose which profile I want to take, it automatically logs me into the one I am always using. Any ideas on how to fix this? thank you.
