Can not save file on Adobe photoshop and Illustrator CC. PLEASE HELP!!

No error message, just can not save file and can not save as, this is so werid! I have also try take off the "Save in Background", and either install the ai/ps again,  but it still doesnt work, please help......this is real bad!! :(. Thank you all.
