Can not upload to Document Cloud

I am not able to upload to Document Cloud on my iPhone or iPad.  It saves a recovered copy onto the device then I can upload it to the cloud but just backing out of the document will not save it as it has for years.  It even worked as of yesterday.  I have tried data, wifi, a second wifi network at another location and all have the same results.  The app shows my storage at only 3% of my 100GB storage because I use Adobe Pro DC.  I use this app daily for work and need to figure it out as soon as possible.  Please HELP!

    i know you already know how to do this, but for others:

     

    you can you open an email app on your mobile >

    send to yourself (or anyone else) >

    attach a file >

    select icloud and device >

    select your document.
