Question

Can sharing a subscription cause performance issues?

My workplace pays for an Adobe Create Cloud subcription, we are part of a team subscription.

I've recently discovered that (to save money) my manager logs into my Adobe account as me on her PC, to use the occasional piece of Adobe software.

Leaving aside the legalities of this, would this cause any issues with my installation?

I've noticed odd behaviour when working, long pauses whilst opening files, long pauses whst in the middle of work for no reason, linked files placed from CC Libraries losing their link and general sluggishness.

The PC is well specced, especially for the kind of work I do, (PShop, ID, Ilustrator etc).

I'm just trying to narrow down the issue through a process of emilination.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

yes, that's illegal and no, that wouldn't account for performance issues.
