Can't access anything in creative cloud.

I bought a year-long subscription through my school and everything was working just fine until today when it says that I now have to start a trial on the apps I am only 3 months into the subscription. I go sign out and then sign back in and it says still preparing access for you and it might take a bit but I have been here for almost an hour now, when I go to sign in with google It loads up just fine but says I need to start a trial for access so kind of at a loss on what to do here

You may need to contact the account administrator at your school, but you can try contacting Adobe first.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Now it says I have a completely different subscription that what I bought Thanks Adobe

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app to see if you have 2 profiles.
