Can't access my Behance profile anymore, zero support.

Hi Adobe Support,

We are experiencing a major issue with our Adobe and Behance services, and need immediate assistance.

When trying to access our company's Behance account, we are met with the message: "You do not have access to this product."

This comes on the heels of several issues we’ve faced, including our websites being down due to DNS errors (now resolved after 2-3 weeks with external help). However, now our Behance company account has become inaccessible without any warning. We rely on this account for important business operations, and this sudden lockout is severely affecting us.

I have already opened two support tickets but have yet to receive any resolution after three weeks. It’s becoming frustrating, and we are losing trust in the reliability of the services we are paying for every month.

I am seeking urgent help to regain access to our Behance account. Please escalate this issue so we can get back online as soon as possible.

Alright, I gonna add my reply here, so other people that suffer like me will hopefully be helped.

I recovered my account, and it was so fast this time, how I did it;

Money.

I basically reached again the support Adobe, but this time didn't asked them to solve my issue, but just told them I wanted to subscribe to a service, in less than 10 minutes I got 3 different people coming back to me offering me discounts and various options to my problem.

I could in a record time, change my behance to another country (usually it's not easy) get them to add my invoices and correct company informations, and finally get my Behance back, that I upgraded to pro.

So hey, it seems it wasn't that hard to solve this once you talk about money.

Hope it helps others that like me, been wasting quite some time and energy without any help.

I'm having the same problem as you right now.

I sent the ticket to Behance Helpcenter several times, But I haven't received any response for more than two weeks.
May I know how you contacted support Adobe??

Same for me, three weeks, three messages, zero answers. Either they are understaffed or they just don't plan to provide any help at all.

 

I connected to my account and reached out to the online chat. They are using a bot for the "triage" but as soon you mention you wanna spend money on a service they will send you to a real agent.

 

If you mention your issue with Behance they will send you to a dead end and to that amazing (non existing) Behance support.

 

I tested all the paths, that's the only one that worked for me.

 

Good luck, we should never rely on any big corporations to share our folios especially if they are careless with it.

As kglad said, this is not Adobe support... other users in this forum can't help

Done that, twice, 3 weeks still waiting, portfolio however is offline and keeps going offline.
