Can't access my Behance profile anymore, zero support.

Hi Adobe Support,
We are experiencing a major issue with our Adobe and Behance services, and need immediate assistance.
When trying to access our company's Behance account, we are met with the message: "You do not have access to this product."
This comes on the heels of several issues we’ve faced, including our websites being down due to DNS errors (now resolved after 2-3 weeks with external help). However, now our Behance company account has become inaccessible without any warning. We rely on this account for important business operations, and this sudden lockout is severely affecting us.
I have already opened two support tickets but have yet to receive any resolution after three weeks. It’s becoming frustrating, and we are losing trust in the reliability of the services we are paying for every month.
I am seeking urgent help to regain access to our Behance account. Please escalate this issue so we can get back online as soon as possible.
