Thanks for the reply, I have had a look and it is asking me to add a payment method as it wants me go onto a payment plan.  I bought the original plan as a pre paid license for one year and I don't want to have to pay on a subscription basis.  The account says my current subscription is now suspended.

Is there anything I can do?

if money has been taken by the amazon vendor, ask them for help or for your money back.

 

and generally, amazon vendors sell redemption codes. is that what you purchased?
