I haven't been able to access my CC Desktop app for over a week. I haven't been able to use Illustrator. All I keep getting is error messages telling me that I can't reach Adobe servers. Was on with chat support for alomost 2 hours with 4 different agents and nobody can tell me why. None of the so-called "fixes" worked. Funny that I can access Adobe and my account online until the cows come home and Adobe doesn't miss a beat taking my subscription from me every month. Also, I can not uninstall any of my Adobe programs either. Adobe is about as dirty and sinister as it gets.

You resurrected an old topic that's unrelated to your issue.  I have moved & branched this to a new topic for you.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud, etc...  Check each one.

TLS 1.2 connections are required to connect to Adobe Servers now.  Please upgrade your system and browsers as required.  See below for more details.

Hope that helps.
