Can't download any Adobe Cloud files

I have two accounts. One personal and one from my university. When my university didn't pay for a short time the Adobe send me an email that the files from my account were transferred to my personal account where i don't have the subscription anymore. My problem is that when i try to download the files from that account on the Internet the error popup shows up and the information that my file can't be downloaded. I don't know what to do. I need those files for my portfolio to find the job and i tried to tell my problem to the Adobe bot but it didn't understand me. I tried to download it through the Creative Cloud app on my PC, but it's the same situation. I can't download the files. I need help A
