Can't empty trash in creative cloud (10.000 files with strange names)

Hi,

In my cloud there are like 10.000 files with strange names (see screenshot). I can't delete them. I contacted support by chat, but do don't regornize this probllem. Who is able to help me?

download (to someplace safe) any files you need. then create/use a new sync folder.

same answer. local and online should be sync'd.
