Can't get past 7day trial window

Somehow I have 2 adobe accounts.  The correct one has my monthly subscription to CS Suite.  The other, which I suspect my employee signed up for has a 7 day trial.  I signed out of the second account and into the original one and can't open any of my apps.   I have attached a screenshot of the message.   When I click on the popup to close it the application closes.  I am using an Imac running High Sierra.  Help

    Did you mean Creative Cloud Apps subscription or Creative Suite? Creative Suite did not come as a subscription.

    If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.

    Edited to add, I can open Id but not Ai or Ps
