Hello,

I recently uninstalled Creative Cloud and all its associated apps (as they weren't working) using the official uninstaller and cleaner tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) however I am unable to install my newly purchased Photoshop app as I keep getting a server connection error:

On top of this, when I restart my laptop I get the following error:

I repaired all visual c++ redistributables, and still go the same error, and then even reinstalled it from the Microsoft website, but again got the same error when restarting my laptop (I'm using a Windows 64 bit system).

If someone could help me out that'd be greatly appreciated!
