Question
Can't log in Creative cloud
Hello Adobe Team,
I've tried to run creative cloud desktop but it simply don't work.
The application keep ask me to login again but it can't show the login page and keep running.
I've tried to:
1.restart my laptop(MacBook with Mac OS 11.4)
2.Upgrade my OS(Mac OS 11.4)
3.Use CleanUpTool and download again.
4.Delete the file in OOBE and download again.
5.Clean up file in the following
/ Library /Application Support/adobe
/ Library /Caches/adobe
/ Library /Preferences/adobe
then download again.
6. Do all of the above and download again.
None of the above have succeed.
I'm desperate.
Please help me out!!
