Can't login for school on ipad

I just got a new ipad to help me do my school work. My university has an enterprise account, and I just don't understand what that includes. Lightroom is listed under one of the mobile apps it offers, but when I try to login, it says "frame load interrupted."

When I try to login to creative cloud, it says "failed to connect to server." 

I've reached out to one of my professors, and I'm just not sure where to turn next. Any help is appreciated!
