Can't open files from CC

Now suddently when i click open on a file from the CC app appears a popup saying: "you will need a new app to open this adbai" with the Windows store app icon, the option "always use this app" and the ok button and nothing more. Basically i can't open my files from CC anymore. I tried different fixes with powershell found on internet but nothing worked.

Any tip?

if it's in english, copy and paste a screenshot of the popup here, don't attach it.  if it's not in english, type the exact text of the error message without translating it.

 

and are you trying to open a sync'd file or an adobe app?

Hi kglad, i'm trying to open a sync'd file in CC using an Adobe app installed on my pc,
Since as soon as i click somewhere the popup desappear, ill paste down here an image that rappresent it found on the web. Instead of <ANYTHING> there's "this adbai".

 

 

Anyway. I tried reverting to the previous version of Ai but then it got worse, nothing happened after clicking Open. Just nothing.
Then i uninstalled every version of Ai, and try to open the file: it say i need to installa Ai to open the file. I installed it and since then it works, it opens all ai file on Illustrator.
So, i don't knwo why or how, but now it's fixed. Weird.
