Can't share a library

Hi, I'm trying to share my work Adobe library with an external designer. I've sent him invites 3 times but every time, he gets the following error message, see screenshot below.

I've googled this issue and although I see others have the same problem, I've not found any answers yet. Please advise.

invite yourself (on another email) and see if it works for you.

Hi, I already have other people joined to the library. It's just this one person having issues

have them try an updated (non-opera) browser.
