Can´t sign in

Every time I log in to the application it immediately logs out and asks me to log in again, it has already happened to me 5 consecutive times and when I try to delete the application the same creative cloud application asks me to log in which I cannot do I also have problems with Photoshop with error code 205 and Susbtance 3d that when I start the application it asks me to log in with creative cloud which seems incoherent to me since I did have logged in, I use a company account so I don't know if it is a problem with the business license
