Can't Sync files

I click on the Start Syncing in the desktop app and all I get is the loading icon and then it goes back to the desktop app.  I check file syncing in the preferences but when I go back and look at it later it has been checked to the off position.  I can view my files on my creative cloud account from my browser I just can't get it to sync with my computer.
