Can't sync tablet to laptop

Since yesterday photoshop on my tablet seems to have problems syncing to my laptop. Every time I try it it says (on my tablet): (cloud documents) something is preventing it synching. At this point I feel like I've tried everything but nothing seems to work. I know there were sompe problems yesterday, but as far as I can see they're fixed. However I didn't see those problems within the EU. So now I'm wondering if more people are having this problem or if there is anything else I can try to have it working again?
