Hi GlaserKommunikation,

I don't think the two are related, or if they are, it would be rather unusual. Are you still having the issue? What happens when you attempt to update? Do you get any kind of error?

If you are still having difficulties some basic troubleshooting that might help would be:

  • Close all open programs when attempting to install the update, especially any security or anti-virus software
  • Try launching the Creative Cloud app from the Start Menu using right-click Run as Administrator command and then installing the update
