Can't verify subscription status across devices on MAC

Hello, I have tried all of the suggestions on different platforms and the problem subsists. PLEASE HELP!

I have checked hosts, updated my clock, closed account, deleted all files and re-downloaded, switch WI-FI, Switch used, switched browser, deleted cachés
