Question

Can view-only files/libraries in my personal profile

Hello community,

Is there a way to access the CC files and libraries that have been shared with me? The colleagues always share it with me by my eMail address. But then I can only view - not download or open - these files(libs in my personal profile. But there, I can't open my Adobe Apps. So it's basically useless. in one profile I can see the files, in the other one I could edit/opemn them.

Is there a way to merge the profiles or make shared files accessible to both profiles (personal and company)?

And why is it that in my company profile, these files never appear?

at your assets.adobe.com site you can click the shared folder to see what's currently being shared.

Thanks for your reply.
That doesn't fix the problem, though. I can see the files/libs that are shared with me but I can't do anything with them.
If I open Illustrator - for instance - none of those shared files appear there under 'shared for you'.

maybe they were shared for viewing only.
