Can you switch between Creative Cloud accounts without reinstalling programs?

Hi, 

So i'm in a slightly complicated situation. I'm from California and as a California community college student, I am able to purchase the Adobe suite through a website called College Buys for a heavily discounted price. (This is legit, the California community college system partnered with Adobe) 

I already have a Creative Cloud Photography Subscription that unfortunately renewed for the year before I realized i'm buying a plan through a legit third party. Meaning, i'm going to have to make a separate Creative Cloud account especially seeing as how this discounted plan will only be for one semester. 

I was wondering, if, I was able to seamlessly switch accounts on my computer without having to reinstall the software each time?

I was thinking that I could sign in to my Creative Cloud account for school and use the programs that came with that plan. Then, logout & login to my other Creative Cloud account that's linked with my Photography Plan so I could use Lightroom/Photoshop with those synced photos. 

Is this able to be done?
