Cancelei o período de teste e me inscrevi em um plano, fui cobrado pelos 2

Fiz o período de teste de 7 dias, fui cancelar antes dele encerrar e recebi a oferta de um plano novo, fiz a nova assinatura mas fui cobrado duas vezes,  124 reais pela assinatura nova e 4horas depois 224 reais pelo período de teste.

 

Não consigo encontrar nenhuma opção de reembolso e o assistente virtual não permite nenhuma ajuda.

You will need to contact Adobe Customer Care for assistance - only they can provide help:
